At Outside Made Easy, my goal is to help you take the next step outdoors - no matter your level of experience, and with personalized planning catered to you. Below are a few ways I can help you explore your dream location, or plan your perfect adventure. And if you don’t see exactly what you need listed, let me know - we’ll figure it out together.
Guided Trips
Feel like having an expert with you? Let’s plan a trip together, from start to finish. We’ll pick a location that meets your goals for the trip, build a custom itinerary, and then head out together. While outside, we’ll spend time on the techniques and skills you need to feel confident going outside on your own.
Pricing for Guided Trips vary based upon the destination and gear needed, but average $75 per day plus travel expenses. But cost should not be an obstacle to enjoying the outdoors - and so I offer a sliding scale based upon income.
Local Introductory Lessons
Want to try backpacking or hiking for the first time, or learn a core camping skill? If you’re in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, let’s plan a quick meet-up to try out equipment, focus on skills you’re hoping to learn, and answer any questions you have as you begin exploring the outdoors. I also offer regular programming at Turkey Mountain and River Parks to meet new outdoor friends and gain important skills.
Custom Trip Planning
Ready to head outdoors on your own, but want some help with the details? We'll build a personalized itinerary together, from finding the right place for you to booking permits and planning your activities when you arrive.
Custom Trip Plans are typically $50, plus the costs for any required permits or fees.
Gear Rental
Just need the right gear? We have the supplies you’ll need to head outside available for short-term rental, including backpacks, tents, sleeping bags, cooking stoves, and more.
Prices are per item, per day, and include a free use consultation when the gear arrives to ensure you feel confident using it when you get outside.
